Program Terms and Risk Controls

AX may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the platform’s Risk Control Rules, adjust affiliate parameters and program operations to preserve market integrity and prevent abuse, including but not limited to self-referrals, multi-accounting, wash trading, or other activity that artificially inflates volume or rewards. Where abnormal patterns are detected, AX may apply measures such as reward suspension, tier adjustment, or account-level restrictions as permitted under the applicable rules.
