# Affiliate Program

AX’s vision is to build an affiliate program that **rewards measurable partner contribution** over the long term. In many traditional exchanges, affiliates are constrained to a limited portion of fee revenue, which can weaken incentives and reduce alignment between platforms and partners.

On AX, affiliate partners receive **tiered revenue sharing** that scales with performance. Rebates begin at **40%+** and unlock higher tiers as referred trading activity grows, allowing partners to capture a greater share of value as they drive sustained volume and engagement.

We prioritize **transparent, performance-based partnerships**. As AX expands, partners scale with the network through **clear reward progression** and additional benefits tied to their impact on the ecosystem.

#### **Program Terms and Risk Controls**

AX may, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the platform’s **Risk Control Rules**, adjust affiliate parameters and program operations to preserve **market integrity** and prevent **abuse**, including but not limited to **self-referrals**, **multi-accounting**, **wash trading**, or other activity that artificially inflates volume or rewards. Where abnormal patterns are detected, AX may apply measures such as **reward suspension**, **tier adjustment**, or **account-level restrictions** as permitted under the applicable rules.

For definitions, eligibility criteria, and enforcement standards, please refer to the **Risk Control Rules** page.
