# Token Distribution

The token distribution is strategically designed to support the project’s growth, ensure market stability, and incentivize long-term participation. Below are the details of each allocation bucket with the vesting schedule, and charts showing the allocation percentage and total tokens in circulation.

* Airdrop — Airdrop rewards distributed to active traders to reward trading volume and engagement.
* Seed Round and Private Round — Early-stage funding to support platform development and initial growth initiatives.
* KOL Round — Allocated to key opinion leaders who amplify platform visibility, user acquisition, and community engagement.
* Market Makers & Exchanges — liquidity and LP incentives required to support token liquidity on secondary markets after token launch.
* Team and Advisors — alignment tokens for the core development team and key advisory partners.
* Ecosystem Dev — Reserved to fund grants, partnerships, and strategic initiatives that drive long-term network growth and utility.
* Liquidity — Allocated to bootstrap on-chain liquidity and support healthy trading across key markets.
* Treasury — Tokens from the treasury will be allocated to incentivize trader, community engagement, and event development.

This token allocation strategy prioritizes community ownership, allocating up to 63.4% of tokens to the community. This is a larger share than that allocated to both the team and investors combined, which provides retail investors with a sense of majority ownership.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.antarctic.exchange/tokenomics-lightpaper/token-distribution.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
